Partnerships 1. Go to FTB.CA.gov 2. Click on Pay. 3. Choose to Make a payment via Bank account or Credit card. Making a payment from a bank account is free. There is a fee to use a credit card. A Payment plan option is also available. 4. Under the Business column, click Use Web Pay business option. 5. For Entity Type, select Partnership and enter your 12-digit Secretary of State number OR 10-digit FTB ID number. Click Login. 6. The name of the partnership should appear. Enter a contact name. Click Continue. 7. Under Payment Type select Original Return Payment. Click Continue. 8. Payment Information: Enter the Period beginning and ending dates of THE TAX YEAR BEING PAID. In the example below, the dates are selected for the 2024 payment. If you use fiscal year dates, enter them here. Use your tax return 565 for reference. Enter the amount to pay and the date to pay. Click Continue. 9. Enter your Bank Information. Click Continue. 10. Review the information. Enter your Email address for a confirmation. Submit the payment. 11.
